It is encouraged that a market assessment by you or a second party be done on the brand and region/country it will be operating in.

We will identify the brand “must have” items on image, décor, finishes, menu, ingredients, recipes, policies, procedures, training and store management. Our team will make recommendations [if any] to brand adaptation getting approvals from brand corporate office to continue on the set up preparing for entry.

In coordination with brand corporate HQ and licensee bring forward for approval:

  • Distribution for all supplies, forward looking to efficiently handle 1,2 and3 years store growth and locations
  • Real estate, select five sites with all demographic and site information
  • Construction companies that workmanship meets brand standards
  • Prepare FF&E tender
  • Build out budgets, timelines
  • Supervise construction, report frequently on progress or issues, immediately correcting issues meeting brand requirements
  • Check condition of FF&E on arrival, approve and receive
  • Supply chain for ingredients, manufacturers for proprietary items, printed products
  • Assist management on store set up, production
  • Vett distributors on HASSAP, food and beverage handling/storage, inventories—adequate supply to stores
  • Take franchisee/licensee through training
  • Dry runs/opening functions with store management
  • Assist in hiring management, complete training programs
  • Assist store managers on hiring employee’s, set up and execute training programs
  • Review FOH/BOH scheduling meeting service and business needs
  • Work with licensee on pre-opening market strategy
  • Pre and post quality assurance checks, use of brand policies, standard operating procedures
  • Monitor efficiencies, work flows, customer service ticket times
